Sensei Ruth holds a 2nd degree black belt in Goshin Jitsu and has been training for over 10 years, since the age of 12.   She received her First Degree Black Belt in 2001, and her Second Degree Black Belt in 2004, both under Sensei George Michalski. She has over 6 years of experience teaching martial arts to children and adults of all ages. She is currently teaching and training in Kenpo Karate, while working towards a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice.
